Three representatives from MSK-IX were among the key speakers at the 18th International TLDCON 2025 Conference, which brought together leading administrators and ccTLDs registrars. Presentations by Yevgeny Morozov, Pavel Khramtsov, and Dmitry Kovalenko focused on the development of the Runet infrastructure and the technologies ensuring its stability.

On November 17, 2025, the WTC Congress Center will once again host leading players in the telecommunications and internet industries for the anniversary edition of the MSK-IX Peering. For 20 years, the forum has been held without interruption and has become the main platform for discussing Internet infrastructure, media technologies, and the digital economy.

Director of MSK-IX Medialogistika project Grigory Kuzin took part in the St. Petersburg International Content Forum. At the event, he spoke at the presentation of the Kir Bulychev Film Studio, where he presented the industrial Mediabaza B2B marketplace.

The Mediabaza platform has expanded its downloadable content catalog to nearly 1,000 titles, featuring diverse video content from leading media market players. This milestone marks a significant stage in the platform’s development, reinforcing its standing as a centralized hub for broadcasters, operators, and rights holders.

Since July 1, 2025, all approval processes between operators and copyright holders in the Medialogistika TV channel delivery platform have been transferred to an electronic format. Applications and permits are now processed exclusively through the digital system on the mediabaza.ru website.

During a series of business events held as part of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), GROUP BALANCE hosted a discussion session titled Investing in Your Own Business. Among the participants was Yevgeny Morozov, CEO of MSK-IX, who dedicated his presentation to the critically important topic of cybersecurity amid rapid digital transformation.

MSK-IX held an Evening Cocktail with MSK-IX, the main club event of the season for the telecom and media market, in St. Petersburg. At the TeleMultiMedia Forum 2025 held in Moscow, MSK-IX presented an extensive plan for the Mediabaza platform development. Grigory Kuzin, Director of the Medialogistika project, spoke about Mediabaza being transformed into a fully operational B2B marketplace of TV channels, content and media services, with AI technologies to play a key role.

Five staff members at MSK-IX received letters of gratitude from the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The ceremony to present these honorary distinctions took place as part of an event marking the 15th anniversary of the .РФ Cyrillic domain.

At the TTS’25 conference, MSK-IX announced two important events: the launch of pilot testing of a DDoS protection system at the L7 level, which is under development and for which the company is looking for partners; and the launch of an unprecedented three-month promotion for new clients to access the IX platform for free.
