MSK-IX celebrates its 30th anniversary with friends

MSK-IX held an Evening Cocktail with MSK-IX, the main club event of the season for the telecom and media market, in St. Petersburg. The event, held at the prestigious K-5 Government Residence, brought together more than 200 top managers representing leading telecom operators, data centers, content providers, cloud platforms, media companies, and other key players in the Russian telecom community.

30th anniversary of MSK-IX

As per tradition, the Evening Cocktail with MSK-IX became a platform for informal communication, exchange of experience and strengthening of partnerships. The unique format of the evening cocktail created a perfect atmosphere for productive networking. The event program included welcome drinks, speeches by the MSK-IX CEO and partners, as well as live communication, a hookah lounge zone for relaxed conversations, interactive locations, and a musical performance from a DJ.

In his welcoming remarks, MSK-IX CEO Yevgeny Morozov emphasized the event’s importance for the industry:

“For us, this is not just a meeting, but an opportunity to get together with our partners, clients and friends to celebrate our common contribution to the strengthening and development of the Russian telecom industry. I think that what is most important is to enjoy talking with people, because it is conversations like these that spark new innovative solutions, which make it possible for us to create something new and, ultimately, to earn money together.”

Yevgeny Morozov also noted that over 30 years, MSK-IX has come a long way, transforming from a traffic exchange point into an ecosystem of five multi-platform services. This has been made possible through fruitful cooperation with clients and partners who motivate, inspire and bring new ideas.
