Medialogistika switches to electronic document management with copyright holders

The transition to electronic document management is intended to enhance transparency, streamline approval processes, and eliminate paper-based workflows. Operators and online platforms submit applications through the Mediabaza personal account, where permit issuance by copyright holders is also recorded. The system automatically monitors the entire approval cycle.
The platform includes access to an electronic register of permits, with features to archive, revoke, and restore documents as needed.
The new interface integrates legal and technical information, enabling streamlined management of electronic permits. These permits allow for automatic synchronization of TV channel broadcasts with the permit validity period, ensure quality control, and enable automatic signal termination upon permit expiration.
Use of the mediabaza.ru platform for managing permit documentation is free of charge.
“Our goal is to streamline processes for all media market participants and offer a modern tool for digital interaction. We’re building an infrastructure that makes TV channel logistics not only faster but also more transparent,” said Grigory Kuzin, Director of the Medialogistika project.
Medialogistika is a TV channel delivery platform developed by MSK-IX. It is used by major satellite and cable operators, as well as online services, to receive and distribute hundreds of TV signals to their subscribers.
