Twenty years of the Peering Forum: Key industry meeting in Moscow

On November 17, 2025, the WTC Congress Center will once again host leading players in the telecommunications and internet industries for the anniversary edition of the MSK-IX Peering. For 20 years, the forum has been held without interruption and has become the main platform for discussing Internet infrastructure, media technologies, and the digital economy.

This year, participants will enjoy a rich program across two parallel streams: Infrastructure and Network Services and Video Stream.

The sessions will be moderated by Alexei Kostin, Director of the MSK-IX Product Office, and Grigory Kuzin, Director of the Medialogistika Project, who will guide the discussions and highlight the most pressing issues. Industry leaders will take the stage, experts will share analytics and practical cases, and debates will help shape responses to current challenges.
The forum traditionally brings together telecom operators, cloud providers, data centers, media companies, copyright holders, and regulators. It is not only a platform for professional dialogue, but also a valuable opportunity to find new partners and clients.

A special focus this year will be on the 30th anniversary of MSK-IX, an organization that has laid the foundation for the Russian digital economy and, for more than three decades, has ensured the stability and scalability of networks for over a thousand companies from 20 countries.

Date: November 17, 2025
Venue: Congress Center WTC, Moscow, 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment
