MSK-IX presents two services for operators at BKOS-2026

The first part of the presentation focused on connecting operators to the Medialogistika platform and setting up redundant TV signal delivery routes.
Galina Kryukova explained that operators can connect to Medialogistika via optic links at MSK-IX nodes and partner networks, including Rostelecom and Baikal-IX, or receive TV channels over the internet using the SRT protocol. The connection method can be selected based on the available infrastructure, package composition, and reliability requirements.
In order to ensure continuous broadcasting, the platform supports a combination of two delivery routes: a primary route via fiber optics and a backup route via the public internet using SRT. Backup can be provided for the entire channel package or only for individual priority channels. The platform also offers signal preparation for OTT services and Smart TV, HLS and DASH transcoding, DRM protection, and other processing services.
The second part of the presentation focused on operators’ work with the B2B platform Mediabaza. Yulia Blinova demonstrated how the mediabaza.ru website can serve as a single point of access for selecting and ordering TV channels. The catalog features more than 500 channels. Operators can find suitable offers using search and filters, view channel profiles, and create their own packages.
After selecting channels, operators can submit a connection request directly through the website. Mediabaza combines the catalog, application processing, communication with rights holders, and subsequent management of permissions in a single digital workflow. This reduces fragmented correspondence and makes the process from finding a channel to connecting it through Medialogistika more convenient and transparent.
